You have to wait at least 24 hours since iron level has decreased in your body and you blood circulation has dropped. So, you have to wait 24 hours for recovery. You need to take iron rich food like: fish, chicken, eggs, beans, spinach, peanut butter and nuts. Add vitamin C rich food in your diet too like orange and lemon since vitamin C helps your body to absorb iron. You need to take vitamin C rich food for the absorption of iron. You can take orange juice and pomegranate juice along with nuts in these 24 hours to raise iron level in your body and can start your workout after 24 hours.
